What are we changing?
We will be deploying the latest Hotfix Patches to bring the EMEA Node to the latest available CCaaS Software level. These patches will include updates for Agent UI, Admin, Admin Point, and various fixes for backend services.
How will this impact me? / Important update information
We don’t expect any impact from the backend updates. Our team will be taking every precaution to complete this work behind the scenes, so your service should continue without interruption.
A new Enghouse UI Agent client will be deployed and placed into production, The update focuses on look, feel, and usability.
After the maintenance is complete, users will need to clear their cache to ensure all new changes are applied.
As part of this update, a new ClientServices pack will be deployed. Users will be prompted to install this pack the next time they login after the upgrade. Installing this pack is required to ensure all fixes and enhancements are available.
If a user chooses to skip the installation, they may continue to see error pop‑ups. These can be acknowledged, and the client will remain functional until the user is able to complete the update.
If your organisation requires an Offline installation package due to deployment restrictions, please contact the support team as detailed below, who will make this available for you.
