The Enghouse team will be performing maintenance on the EMEA Node during the following time:

What are we changing? We are implementing a fix to resolve intermittent access errors affecting Real Time Reporting (RTR) & Dashboards.
How will this impact me? A restart of the Real-Time Reporting and Dashboard processes will be required. During this brief recycle period, these services will be unavailable. All other services will remain unaffected.
